We want you to be as cozy as possible, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items. If your Oodie isn't the perfect fit for your lounging needs, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
